Quality & Compliance
Quality controlled to a standard you can put in a contract
We prefer specific, testable quality terms over slogans. The standard, tolerances and test method for each order are agreed and sealed before bulk production begins.
Quality control
- Sealed samples and lab dips — bulk hand feel and colour are produced against buyer-approved standards; lab dips take about 7 days.
- 4-point inspection — grey and finished rolls are inspected against the agreed 4-point penalty standard before shipment.
- Specified performance — shrinkage and colour fastness are agreed with a stated test method and tolerance. Tighter standards are achievable but affect cost and lead time, so they are quoted accordingly.
- Greige versus finished responsibility — grey fabric is controlled for weaving defects; dyeing and finishing effects are handled when we supply finished fabric, so responsibility is always clear.
Testing and certificates
Third-party laboratory testing and destination-market compliance (for example restricted-substance requirements) can be arranged per order. We advise on the relevant standard for your market and supply the agreed report with the shipment.
A note on organic and recycled claims
We do not label stock fabric as organic or recycled without genuine certification. When a buyer requires a certified standard, we confirm feasibility first, source genuinely certified raw material, obtain the transaction certificate that links the certified material to the shipment, and quote the additional cost and lead time transparently — so the paperwork always matches the goods.
